The Wellness Agency is a specialist recruitment company that elevates careers in the beauty and aesthetic industries.

Founded in 2016, offering only temporary therapist services to spas, we ensured we delivered a 5* service with highly skilled, professional workers that would become an integral support system for spas across the UK.

Fast forward to today, we actively encourage and influence the next generation of stars to the view the industries as an exciting and rewarding career path full of opportunity. As well as a temporary service offering both therapists and sales reps we also offer senior roles across the industries that support the booming sector.
