In early 2024 tower hamlets council commenced the relaunch of all their facilities across the borough. The Wellness Agency was appointed to ensure that top-tier talent is recruited across the whole team for the newly renovated spa.

Working with the spa consultants we advised on time frames and staffing levels required for the opening and beyond.
Search and selection was a detailed process preparing interview schedules and assisting on the hiring panel to make the process as smooth as possible.
